Metoclopramide 0.2mg/kg IV 6/24 (max dose 20mg)

Dolesetron 0.5mg/kg IV ONCE DAILY (max dose 12.5mg IV)

OR

Ondansetron 0.1mg/kg IV 8/24 (max dose 8mg)

Dexamethasone 0.15mg/kg IV ONCE DAILY (max dose 8mg)
